Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible. Our classes meet weekly during from September to May. Each class participant receives a course book that includes outstanding commentary and home study questions. During each session, you will be part of a small group discussion (women and men are in separate groups) and then the day finishes with all of the groups coming togehter for the teaching by our Teaching Director or Associate Teaching Director. From time to time, fellowship meals and celebrations will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.

We are currently studying Matthew. This class ends on May 7th, but you are still welcome to join anytime and finish out this year with us!

You can also register now for the 2025-2026 session when we'll be studying Psalms! So ensure your place in the new exciting study beginning in September and register early.

CBS is for anyone looking to learn and grow in God's Word. It doesn't matter if you have been studying the Bible for years or if this is the first time you are opening the Bible - If you are on this page, then it may because you are feeling a "nudging" to grow in your walk with Jesus.

The Details:

1. CBS is a Christian Non-denominational Bible Study

2. We meet at the Grace United Methodist Church in Millsboro, DE

3. We meet from 10am-12pm on Wednesdays

4. It's never too late to join! Register today!

5. Classes run from September to May

6. This is a co-ed class, but the small group time, called Core Groups, are divided into women's groups and men's groups

7. YES, We have Children & Youth Classes too! Classes are availiable for PreK, Elementary and Middle & High School!

8. If you are a homeschool parent, this class is an excellent addition to your Bible curriculum for your kiddos.

8. We also have a nursery for babies 3 months to 24 months!

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children & Youth Ministry.

Our Youth Classes Include:
Infant/Toddler: 0-2 years old
PreSchool: 2 to 5 years old
Primary & Junior: 5 to 12 years old
Teen: 13-18 years old

Agape

Agape, part of Community Bible Study, is an in-depth Bible Study for adults with intellectual disabilities. We study God’s Word together and share God’s love. Each week we gather to learn about God's Word by studing Scripture verse-by-verse. This is all done through lively and engaging conversations, fun activities and lots and lots of laughter! You will grow closer in your relationship with Jesus and make many friends along the way. As a Community Bible Study participant, you are a part of a loving and caring community of those seeking after God’s own heart.
